This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Customers, users, end users, and anyone who accesses or uses Geodd’s Services.
Geodd’s Services may include:
Customer is responsible for its own use of the Services and for the use of the Services by its users, employees, contractors, agents, customers, end users, and anyone accessing the Services through Customer’s account, credentials, API keys, infrastructure, workloads, or applications.
Customer must use the Services only in accordance with:
Customer must not use the Services in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or disruptive.
Customer is responsible for securing its account, dashboard access, API keys, credentials, tokens, applications, workloads, models, datasets, and infrastructure configuration.
Customer must not:

Customer must not use the Services to create, submit, transmit, host, process, facilitate, or support content, workloads, applications, or activity that falls within the prohibited categories below.
Customer must not use the Services for unlawful activity, including:
Customer must not use the Services to compromise, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or data. Prohibited security abuse includes:
Customer must not use the Services to build, operate, or support AI systems or outputs intended to cause harm. Prohibited harmful AI use includes:
Customer must not use the Services to facilitate:
Customer must not use the Services for deceptive activity, including:
Customer must not use the Services for regulated or high-risk uses unless Customer has all required rights, authorizations, safeguards, approvals, and contractual permissions. This may include:
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Geodd does not provide Services specifically intended for HIPAA-regulated protected health information, children’s data, biometric identification, criminal offense records, or other legally restricted workloads requiring dedicated contractual or regulatory controls.
Customer must not submit sensitive, special category, regulated, or high-risk personal data unless Customer has all required lawful bases, notices, consents, authorizations, permissions, safeguards, and contractual rights. Customer is responsible for determining whether its data includes sensitive or regulated data and whether the Services are appropriate for that data.
Customer must not use the Services to:
Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has all rights required to submit, process, store, generate, use, and distribute data, models, workloads, prompts, outputs, and other content.
Customer must not use Geodd infrastructure in a way that harms, disrupts, or degrades Geodd, other customers, subprocessors, networks, or third-party systems. Prohibited infrastructure abuse includes:
Customer is responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and using outputs generated through the Services.
Geodd does not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, lawful, safe, non-infringing, or appropriate for Customer’s intended use.

Customer must not represent AI outputs as human-generated where disclosure is required by law or where failure to disclose would be deceptive.
Customer must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when using the Services.
Customer is responsible for:
Where Geodd processes Customer Personal Data as a processor, the applicable Data Protection Addendum governs that processing.

Where Geodd offers Customer a choice of infrastructure region, Customer is responsible for selecting the region appropriate for its use of the Services.
If Customer selects non-EU, non-UK, or non-adequate infrastructure, Customer acknowledges and instructs Geodd that Customer Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in that selected region for the purpose of providing the Services.
Customer is responsible for determining whether its selected region is appropriate for its users, workloads, data, legal obligations, and data protection requirements.

For Dedicated GPU and Bare Metal Infrastructure, Customer may have direct control over workloads, applications, models, datasets, credentials, operating environments, access permissions, and network exposure.
Customer is responsible for:
Customer must not use Dedicated GPU or Bare Metal Infrastructure to host, run, train, generate, or distribute prohibited content, malware, abuse infrastructure, unauthorized surveillance systems, or unlawful workloads.
Geodd may apply rate limits, usage limits, quota limits, concurrency limits, technical restrictions, or fair use controls to protect the Services, other customers, infrastructure, and network resources.
Customer must not attempt to bypass, disable, misrepresent, or interfere with these limits or controls.
Geodd may throttle, suspend, restrict, or block activity that creates operational, security, legal, compliance, abuse, or service stability risks.
Geodd may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Where permitted by law and applicable agreements, Geodd may take enforcement action, including:
Geodd may take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm, protect security, comply with law, prevent service disruption, protect other customers, or respond to abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Customer must reasonably cooperate with Geodd in investigating and resolving suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Customer must promptly provide information reasonably requested by Geodd to assess:
Failure to cooperate may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of the Services.

Reports should include, where available:
Geodd may not be able to investigate incomplete reports, but will review reports that provide enough information to assess the issue.
Geodd may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, security risks, abuse patterns, Services, infrastructure, or business operations.
If changes are material, Geodd will provide notice by reasonable means, such as through the website, dashboard, email, or other electronic notice.
