Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you'll need to provide a 6-digit verification code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) in addition to your passkey.
Enable 2FA
- Go to your Account Settings in the dashboard.
- Find the Security section and click Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with your TOTP authenticator app.
- Enter the 6-digit code shown in your app to verify and enable.
Email Fallback
If you lose access to your authenticator app, you can request a verification code be sent to your registered email address during the sign-in process.
Disabling 2FA
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Click Disable 2FA.
- Enter a 6-digit verification code from your app or email fallback to confirm.
Troubleshooting
- Code not working — Ensure your device's time is set to "Set Automatically". TOTP codes are time-sensitive.
- Lost authenticator app — Use the email fallback option on the sign-in screen to receive a code.
- Email code not received — Check your spam folder or wait a few minutes. Codes are valid for 10 minutes.
