Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you'll need to provide a 6-digit verification code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) in addition to your passkey.

Enable 2FA

  1. Go to your Account Settings in the dashboard.
  2. Find the Security section and click Enable 2FA.
  3. Scan the QR code with your TOTP authenticator app.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code shown in your app to verify and enable.

Email Fallback

If you lose access to your authenticator app, you can request a verification code be sent to your registered email address during the sign-in process.

Disabling 2FA

  1. Go to your Account Settings.
  2. Click Disable 2FA.
  3. Enter a 6-digit verification code from your app or email fallback to confirm.

Troubleshooting

  • Code not working — Ensure your device's time is set to "Set Automatically". TOTP codes are time-sensitive.
  • Lost authenticator app — Use the email fallback option on the sign-in screen to receive a code.
  • Email code not received — Check your spam folder or wait a few minutes. Codes are valid for 10 minutes.
