Data Privacy
Geodd handles data with a strict privacy-first approach. We collect only what's needed to operate the service—such as account details (name, email) and basic technical data (IP, device, usage). AI inference data (inputs and outputs) is never stored and is processed only in-memory to generate results.
We use data solely to run and improve services, provide support, ensure security, and meet legal requirements. We do not use any inference data for training, fine-tuning, or analytics.
Security is enforced through encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and continuous monitoring. Data is retained only as long as necessary (e.g., account data while active, logs up to 2 years), while inference data is never retained.
We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing happens only with vetted service providers or when legally required. Healthcare data (PHI) is handled strictly under HIPAA when applicable.
Users have full rights to access, correct, delete, or export their data, and can opt out of communications at any time.
