Auto Top-Up

Auto top-up is an opt-in wallet funding feature. When the server-reported settings are eligible and active, a saved card can fund the wallet according to the configured balance threshold, fixed amount, and monthly cap.

Availability

The billing service reports availability for the current account and selected console region. The console shows Unavailable or Not eligible with the server-provided reason when automatic funding cannot be used. There is no fixed eligibility or regional matrix in the dashboard.

Add a Payment Card

  1. Open Billing, then select Manage Funds.
  2. In the Auto Top-Up section, select Add Card.
  3. Complete the hosted Stripe setup flow.
  4. Return to the console and wait for the saved card to be confirmed.

The console displays only the card brand, final four digits, and expiration date. Auto top-up cannot be enabled while card confirmation or another automatic payment is pending.

Configure Automatic Funding

SettingBehavior
Balance ThresholdThe wallet level at which automatic funding is intended to activate.
Fixed Top-UpThe fixed amount added during each successful automatic payment.
Monthly CapThe maximum automatic funding amount allowed during the current UTC period.

The console displays the minimum and maximum values allowed for your account. Amounts support no more than two decimal places. The fixed top-up must be greater than the balance threshold, and the monthly cap must allow at least one complete top-up.

  1. Enter the threshold, fixed top-up, and monthly cap.
  2. Select Enable Auto Top-Up.
  3. Confirm that the status changes to Active.

Statuses

StatusMeaning
Card requiredAdd and confirm a card before configuring automatic funding.
DisabledA configuration may be saved, but automatic funding is not active.
ActiveThe wallet can be funded when the configured threshold is reached.
Attention neededThe latest automatic payment failed or requires an updated payment method.
Cap reachedAutomatic funding is paused until the next UTC period.

Failed and Pending Payments

While a payment is processing, configuration and card changes are locked. Use Refresh to retrieve the latest authoritative status instead of starting another operation.

If the status is Attention needed, update the card through Stripe. After the replacement card is confirmed, select Retry Payment. If processing continues after the console stops waiting, refresh the page later before retrying another paid operation.

Manage the Saved Card

You can update or remove the saved card from the Auto Top-Up section. Removing the card prevents future automatic funding. Disable auto top-up first when you want to keep the card but stop automatic payments.

Dedicated Infrastructure

For non-enterprise accounts, the current dashboard requires eligible, active auto top-up settings, a confirmed card, and no pending automatic payment before enabling dedicated inference or dedicated GPU launch controls. Server-side authorization and billing checks remain authoritative.
